Team EKEBI is dedicated to delivering your floral arrangements with top-notch care and efficiency. For orders under HKD$1,500, the standard delivery charges will be listed when checking out in the cart.

Delivery Time 送貨時間
Our couriers operate between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.
Unfortunately, we can't provide specific delivery times due to the nature of our operations ⏰.
It will usually be in the mornings as we want our flowers reaching you in the freshest condition.

Early - Morning Flower Requirements 清晨用花需求
If you need flowers early in the morning for an event, we suggest having them delivered the day before. Keep the flowers in fresh water and store them in a cool place overnight to keep them fresh 🌙.
如活動需清早使用花卉，建議提前一天配送。請將花材放置清水中，並存放於清涼處過夜以保持鮮度🌙。
Typhoon - Related Delivery 颱風天氣配送安排
During typhoon conditions, we close our studio to ensure the safety of our staff and couriers 🌪️.
Deliveries scheduled for a typhoon day will be made on the next available day.

原定於颱風日期的訂單將順延至下個工作天配送。
Re - delivery Charge 重新配送費用
We aim to deliver your order on the requested date.
But if delivery fails due to issues like an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, etc., we'll contact you via email or phone.
A re-delivery attempt will be made on the next business day, and a re-delivery charge will apply 📞.
